Last summer, Mutual Security employees introduced a uniform look by sporting bright blue and black golf shirts which immediately were a hit with both members and staff. “It’s great to be able to identify staff as soon as you walk in the door” was one of the many positive comments we received from our members. Our staff members were happy to tell us, “Now I can get ready for work in half the time” While at Community Events we heard “Mutual Security staff surely stands out in the crowd!” With this in mind, it was decided that we should continue to keep the uniform concept while implementing a fresh new look for the winter season. In January, we introduced a new Mutual Security clothing line for our front-line representatives. The credit union colors were coordinated in various pieces of apparel providing staff with a very professional yet casual look. This new program provides us with the opportunity for our staffers to be easily recognizable and more approachable when sponsoring events in our local communities. The reaction from many our members and visitors has been overwhelmingly positive. The consistent and cohesive appearance lends itself to promoting the professional manner in which we do business and the respect with which all of our Mutual Security members are treated.
