Litchfield Bancorp announces the promotion of Litchfield main office senior teller, Janice Wojtczak to Head Teller.

Litchfield Bancorp has announced the promotion of Janice Wojtczak of Morris to head teller, a position in which she is responsible for teller operations within the branch as well as providing special assistance to customers.

Wojtczak previously worked for Litchfield Bancorp from 1984 to 1987 as head teller, leaving to help run her family’s business and raise her 4 children.  She returned in 2007 as a part time teller.  In 2009, she began work full time.  

 

Paul McLaughlin, Senior Vice President and head of retail banking, has stated “Watching Janice work with customers is a pleasure.  Her willingness to help,  kindness and professionalism is to be commended.”

 

Seeing so many familiar faces on her return has been great, according to Wojtczak. “I really enjoy working with the staff and customers,” Wojtczak said.   “I’ve come to think of them as my extended family and I strive to do all I can to assist them with their banking needs.”  

 

Litchfield Bancorp has provided many opportunities, Wojtczak said; who looks forward to the chance to continue to develop her career at the bank. 

She is currently enrolled as a student with the Center for Financial Training.  Wojtczak lives in Morris with her family.
