Litchfield Bancorp has announced the promotion of Nicole Pratt of Torrington to senior teller, a position in which she is responsible to assist the head teller with her responsibilities for teller operations within the branch as well as providing special assistance to customers. 

Pratt joined Litchfield Bancorp in 2005 as a full time teller at our main office.  She was recruited from Webster Bank where she was employed as a teller since 2001.   Pratt explains that “nothing compares to the closeness, both with coworkers and customers; that a community bank offers.”

Knowing your customers by name, according to Pratt, is so important and something that Pratt loves and believes the customer feels the same way.  Pratt has enjoyed her work at Litchfield Bancorp and looks forward to many years to come.

Pratt is a graduate of Torrington High School.  She is currently enrolled as a student with the Center for Financial Training.  Pratt lives in Torrington with her fiance, Henry.  They are expecting their first child in June.
